Challenge
Renault Group is reimagining what the employee experience can be, by designing the future of how people will work across the organization. My role is to design the tools, interfaces and experiences across web, smartphone and XR environments that make this vision tangible. These tools are designed for teams to work together, across teams, roles and physical distance.
I also explore how AI assistants and conversational interfaces can make these tools more natural, and how multimodal interactions (voice, gesture, eye-tracking) can shape the next generation of spatial experiences.
Everything is protected by NDA. The visuals presented below are AI-generated conceptual illustrations created exclusively for this portfolio. They do not depict the actual products, interfaces, data or designs, but simply illustrate the vision, interaction paradigms and user experience philosophy behind the work.

Process
I approach each project with a deep understanding of users, business goals and technical constraints. Through research, analysis and prototyping, I design end-to-end products across 2D and immersive environments, defining interfaces and interaction patterns that are accessible, consistent and ready for production.
This means dashboards for engineers and stakeholders to monitor and decide, a smartphone app for every employee that unifies their work life into a single experience and XR environments where designers and engineers step inside digital twins of the organisation to review, configure and collaborate immersively rather than through a screen.
Working closely with product, design and engineering teams, I ensure smooth handoff and alignment throughout the development process.

Outcome
The work ships product by product, each release making a team's daily experience easier, clearer or more collaborative.
What drives me is the variety: one week I'm designing a dashboard for business leaders, the next I'm prototyping a spatial interface for an engineering team. Every project brings a different user, a different environment, a different problem to solve. And that variety is what makes this work exciting.
